Meet Ashley Schneider
Ashley Schneider is a wellness and business keynote speaker, nonprofit executive, author, and endurance athlete based in Wisconsin, serving audiences throughout the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and beyond. Her work explores the intersection of wellbeing, purpose, leadership, and meaningful action, helping people and organizations pursue ambitious goals without losing sight of the life they’re building along the way.
Ashley is the President & Founder of MS Run the US, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support people affected by multiple sclerosis through financial aid, research, awareness, and wellbeing initiatives.
In 2010, Ashley embarked on a remarkable journey, running 3,288 miles from California to New York in honor of her mother, who lives with MS. The 190-day journey made Ashley the 16th woman to run across America—but reaching the finish line also came with an unexpected disappointment. Despite accomplishing an extraordinary athletic goal, she raised only a fraction of her $500,000 fundraising target.
Rather than allowing that shortfall to define the experience, Ashley used it as the starting point for something bigger.
She created America’s Longest Relay Run, the signature program of MS Run the US, bringing together runners, supporters, donors, volunteers, and communities across the country. Under Ashley’s leadership, MS Run the US has grown into a national organization that has raised more than $4 million in support of its mission.
Today, Ashley brings the lessons of endurance, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and personal wellbeing to audiences through keynote speaking, panel discussions, and conversations with businesses and organizations. She speaks about what it takes to turn an idea into action, lead through uncertainty, build confidence through consistent effort, and pursue meaningful work in a way that supports—not sacrifices—wellbeing.
Based in Wisconsin, Ashley is available for speaking engagements throughout Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and the greater Midwest, as well as events and conferences nationwide.
